Refund Policy

By placing an order through  Monarcleather you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (United States) country.

A. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a worry-free return policy, allowing you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used

B. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you promptly about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that refunds typically reflect in your account within about a day, although processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary

 G. NO REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS

Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for discounts that were not utilized at the time of the transaction. Discounts and promotions must be applied during the purchase process, and retroactive adjustments are not possible. We encourage customers to review and apply discounts at the time of purchase to ensure the best value for their money.
